Gemma Ogston is a plant-based chef and mom of two with her own catering company, Gem’s Wholesome Kitchen, based in Brighton, UK. She works regularly with Soho House Brighton, has appeared on Saturday Kitchen, and runs Gem’s Community Kitchen, creating low-cost, energy-saving recipes as well as workshops for local schools. Her first book, THE SELF-CARE COOKBOOK, was published in the U.S. in 2020 by Clarkson Potter.
